IT WILL BE ASSUMED THAT ALL MODEL BOOKING CLIENTS HAVE READ ALL OF THE INFORMATION LISTED BELOW AND HAVE ACCEPTED THE CONDITIONS OF POLICIES STATED BEFORE BOOKING THIS MODEL.

Modeling rates are based on the experience and professional status.

Please note that the model will not respond to any print or live modeling projects that pay less than $300 /per shoot the only exception to this rule being editorial fashion-beauty magazine work where the exposure and editorial tear-sheet is a benefit to the model...
Time and a half will be charged if the model works beyond eight hours on any
given day, which does not include lunch breaks... If a fitting is required prior to the day
of the actual job assignment, the charge is 50% of the model's negotiated hourly rate
with a minimum of two hours charged to the client. Makeup/Hair and on-set preparation
time is charged at the full hourly rate.

There will be no charge for travel time if the model is booked to work within
60 miles from the models city of residence. If any travel time is charged, it is normally 50%
of the model's negotiated hourly rate pro-rated at fifteen minute intervals. For all out of
town, out of state or out of country job bookings, all of the model's travel expenses, as
well as hotel and meal costs, must be paid for by the client. This must be arranged in advance before booking is approved. 
Cancellation fees are charged when the model booked is not notified within 72 hours
that the job assignment has been canceled or rescheduled... If the job is rescheduled
for a later date the cancellation fee is 25% of the models negotiated rate, 50% if the job
is canceled permanently. The only exceptions would be if the project is an outdoor job
and must be canceled for poor weather related conditions, the model has given consent to the cancellation, or for any other legitimate emergency situations.

For cash payers

40% is due 24 hours before the model arrives and the remaining balance must be paid on the same day at the end of the assignment. This includes model's negotiated rate, plus overtime if required, and the travel expenses.
Payment in full is due within the expected time described, and if not paid in full, the client does agree to pay any and all court costs and attorney fees if it becomes necessary for Chocolate Crushes to file a non-payment action to recover this payment in full.

Upon arriving on the job, and when
required, the model will present you a basic model release for your convenience.

Any person that deliberately sets up a false job casting with the intent of just meeting
attractive models for dating purposes or other illicit reasons, or with the sole intent of
recruiting the model into their own talent agency or management company, is guilty of
fraud and will be reported to the California Labor Commissioner's Office, or possibly
even to the local District Attorney... Any photos or video footage taken of the models
during an interview are not to be used for any commercial purpose and may not be
published or sold to any form of media without direct and written consent of Chocolate Crushes after the material has been reviewed by management of Chocolate Crushes. These photos and video footage are only to be
used by the client to determine whether or not the model is suitable for the assignment,
but can be kept in the possession of the client for future reference.

Sexual harassment of the model, or any other unprofessional behavior by
the client or by any crew members under the control of the client, will not be tolerated.
It is the client's responsibility to provide a safe working environment for the model at all times while they are on the job. For the reasons listed above the model will only work with established professional people in the fashion/glamour and commercial print
advertising industry, and this model does not book with amateur photographers or
any person that simply wants to photograph a beautiful girl with any intention other than

possibly booking the model for future assignments agreed by the Chocolate Crushes.
